Your account
One account per person. You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity that happens under it. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, including the conduct described under Acceptable use below.
Payment and renewal
Milepost Plus is an annual subscription, billed yearly. The current price is shown at checkout and on the upgrade page. Plus renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
New Plus purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days. See the Refund Policy for eligibility and how to request one.
Your content
You own the trips, stops, notes, and reservation details you create. You grant Milepost a limited license to store and process that content only as needed to provide the service to you (for example, to sync your trips, calculate routes, and generate exports). We do not sell your trip content.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service: no scraping, no commercial resale of route or campground data, and no automated bulk requests outside published API limits.
Service availability
Milepost is provided as-is and as-available, with no service-level agreement or guarantee of uptime. Routing, mapping, and campground data come from third parties (including OSRM, Mapbox, and public recreation data sources) that can change or go down without notice. Always verify routes, hours, and campground details before you travel.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milepost disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of third-party data. Milepost is a planning aid, not navigation or safety guidance. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may cancel Plus or delete your account anytime at /settings. Deleting your account removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you cancel Plus without deleting your account, your account returns to the free plan and all your trips stay editable; the Plus-only features simply turn off.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable law of the operator's jurisdiction.
