Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available for Plus subscriptions purchased directly through Milepost. App-store purchases (Apple App Store, Google Play) are subject to the respective store's refund policy and must be requested through that store.

14-day window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window cannot be honored.

How to request

Email support@milepostplanner.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address on your Milepost account. You can also submit a request from the Settings page while signed in.

Manual processing and timeline

Refunds are processed manually. We aim to respond within 2 business days of receiving your request. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

What is not refundable

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
  • Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Contact the respective store directly.
  • Partial-month or partial-period refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
